Sensory path and sensorimotor park

The healing forest of the NUHR Medical Center also offers a sensorimotor park, where dexterity and fitness can be trained in a playful way. All senses are addressed in the NUHR forest. Among other things, there is a sensory path. This is a path on which barefoot visitors can feel various materials, such as stones, balance woods and other elements that train the sense of balance as well as sensory perception. The soles of the feet react differently to soft, hard or slightly prickly materials and activate the sensory system.

Our feet spend far too much time locked up in socks and shoes. Strip everything off and feel your natural grounding again. The best way to do this is with a slow and literally delightful barefoot walk on our sensorimotor path.

Another highlight of our NUHR Medical Center Active Garden is our Activity Obstacle Course. Here you can train fitness and dexterity in a fun way.

Free yourself from everyday ballast and regain a sense of freedom.

The aim of the healing forest is to provide a complementary way to restore, maintain and promote mental, spiritual and physical health. In the NUHR Medical Center, the healing effect of the forest can achieve a proven improvement in various medical conditions.
