The NUHR vineyard is part of the active garden and is intended to commemorate and illustrate the wine culture in the Kremstal wine-growing region and its outstanding and excellent wines. You can enjoy and taste some of them in the NUHR Restaurant.
The vineyards of the Kremstal are spread over three different zones:
the historic town of Krems, the western part of which, called "Stein", borders directly on the Wachau. Wachau and the Kremstal the mighty loess plains to the east and finally the small wine villages south of the Danube around the monumental Göttweig Abbey.
Have you ever taken a dip in a vineyard pond? In our NUHR Medical Center relaxation garden you have the unique opportunity to do so. Afterwards you can feel the positive effect of this energizing treatment in the beautiful Relax Pavilion.
