This form of inpatient health check enables intensive and at the same time very effective sports preparation. In order to prepare you for your sporting endeavors in a way that is both gentle and goal-oriented, our inpatient health check at the NUHR Medical Center is tailored to your specific wishes and needs and an individual therapy and training concept is developed.

This offer is aimed at people 40+ who are facing an athletic challenge or want to start a new sport.

Your individual therapy plan will be created from the following therapies:

  • Physiotherapy 50 min. incl. ergonomic training
  • Sports science assessment and creation of a training plan
  • Medical training therapy 50 min.
  • 02-rapid regeneration with bicycle ergometer training
  • Underwater pressure jet massage
  • Underwater gymnastics
  • Manual regulation therapy 40 min.


The price includes accommodation, full board, medical examinations and therapies. After the medical examination you will receive your individual offer.

After a detailed health check, an individual training concept is adapted to your sporting challenge. During our inpatient health week, you will learn how to prepare for your sporting challenge in a gentle and targeted manner.
Before starting a new sport, it is especially important to have a health check. In order to be able to prepare intensively and effectively for the sport, our trained staff will show you various preparations and exercises so that you can achieve your sports goal.
A good workout needs a good preparation. With our therapists you will learn how to prepare yourself especially well for your training in order to reach your goal as quickly as possible and avoid athletic overload.
Good sports preparation is just as important as the training itself. In this health week, our expert staff will show you what it means to prepare your own body for the sporting challenge in addition to good training preparation.
For many people, improving their own fitness is quite important in today's world. In our inpatient health week, your therapists will show you how you can improve your fitness through a wide variety of exercises without much effort and thus also increase your motivation for everyday life.
