Culinary secret weapon horseradish

I think you have realized why our dietician is so enthusiastic about the miracle root horseradish. "Just by deep breathing the freshly grated horseradish, you clearly notice its enormous health potential. The mustard oil responsible for the pungency quickly rises to the nose. There it stimulates nerves that pass on signals to the mucous membranes of the nose to make the nose run or the eyes water. To best strengthen my defenses in the current challenging times, I use the valuable pungency of horseradish root in the form of an "immune spoon" - a family recipe handed down from my grandmother!".
